About TableTop Nutrition
TableTop Nutrition was founded by
Kelly Van Horn to specialize in diabetes and
nutrition research. With her development of the innovative Nutrition
Place Mat series, teaching your patients how to
follow prescribed meal plans has become simpler and
much more effective.
Kelly Van Horn, RD, CDE, is
currently a Research Dietitian in the Diabetes
Research Group at the University of Washington. She
was the "Recognized Young Dietitian of the
Year" in 1989 by the American Dietetic
